As a main engine manufacturer of off-highway wide-body dump trucks, Tongli Heavy Industry has mainly carried out two aspects of green products and green manufacturing in the direction of green and low-carbon. The first is green products. We have a subsidiary called Tongli Technology, which mainly develops and operates new energy and intelligent off-highway wide-body dump trucks. The main products are pure electric drive, extended range, or hydrogen developed in 2020. Energy wide-body dump trucks are all products powered by new energy and are green and low-carbon products. 1. General requirements

Green production methods will be widely implemented, which is conducive to the further improvement of the industry's green and low-carbon cycle development system. During the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" period, major progress will be made in the adjustment of the industrial structure of the construction machinery industry, the industry's low-carbon development model will basically take shape, the proportion of non-fossil energy consumption will further increase, coal consumption will gradually decrease, green and low-carbon technologies will achieve key breakthroughs, and green production and life The method has become the conscious choice of industry enterprises, and the green and low-carbon circular development model and system are basically sound.
2. Main objectives
The "Opinions on Completely, Accurately and Comprehensively Implementing the New Development Concept and Doing a Good Job of Carbon Peak Carbon Neutrality" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council clearly stated that by 2025, the energy consumption per unit of GDP will be reduced by 13.5% compared with that in 2020, and the energy consumption per unit of GDP will be reduced by 13.5%. GDP carbon dioxide emissions will drop by 18% compared to 2020, and the proportion of non-fossil energy consumption will reach about 20%. By 2030, the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development will achieve remarkable results, and the energy utilization efficiency of key energy-consuming industries will reach the international advanced level. Carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP will drop by more than 65% compared to 2005; the proportion of non-fossil energy consumption will reach about 25%. By 2060, a green, low-carbon, circular economic system and a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system will be fully established, energy utilization efficiency will reach the international advanced level, the proportion of non-fossil energy consumption will reach more than 80%, and the goal of carbon neutrality will be successfully achieved.
In order to accelerate the green and low-carbon transformation of industry and do a good job in the work of carbon peaking in the industrial field, according to the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Completely, Accurately and Comprehensively Implementing the New Development Concept and Doing a Good Job in Carbon Neutralization of Carbon Peaking" and "Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutralization by 2030" In July 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development Commission, and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment jointly issued the "Implementation Plan for Carbon Peaking in the Industrial Sector", which compiled and planned the overall requirements, key tasks, and major issues of carbon peaking in the industrial field. According to the decision-making deployment and top-level design of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on carbon peak carbon neutrality, as well as the planning requirements and implementation plans of relevant ministries and commissions, we will focus on the green construction machinery industry during the "14th Five-Year Plan" and "15th Five-Year Plan" period. 3. Key tasks
(1) Collaborate to build a batch of "double carbon" standards and certification systems
