L968F is a newly designed high-reliability and energy-saving loader by SDLG. The whole machine has a long wheelbase and high breakout force. It is tailor-made for heavy working conditions such as mines and docks. It adopts a new family appearance design, which is stable and majestic.
1. It is equipped with a low-speed, high-torque electronically controlled three-stage emission engine, which has strong power and high reliability; it is equipped with a fault detection interface, which can facilitate the detection and maintenance of the engine.
2. It adopts Lingong's self-made VRT200 fixed-axis electro-hydraulic shift gearbox, with four front and four rear, high transmission efficiency and stable operation. The reinforced drive axle is adopted, which has a large bearing capacity and a 50% increase in service life.
3. The wheelbase reaches 3400mm, the stability of the whole machine is improved, and the tipping load is larger; both the front and rear axles adopt 20-level 26.5-25 super-large tires, which have a large carrying capacity and are more suitable for heavy-duty working conditions.
4. The newly optimized new generation of front and rear frames, the load distribution is reasonable, the vibration is reduced, and the fatigue life is doubled.
