Recently, 45 customized wide-body mining trucks independently developed by Inner Mongolia Tiechen Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. cleared customs at the Erenhot Port and were shipped to mining areas in Mongolia, achieving a new breakthrough in the large-scale export of high-end mining equipment from Ordos to Mongolia.
The working conditions in Mongolian mining areas are harsh, with frequent strong winds and sandstorms, and winter temperatures reaching as low as -40 degrees Celsius, placing extremely high demands on the cold-weather resistance, operational stability, and continuous operation capabilities of mining vehicles. Specifically designed for the extreme environment, Tiechen Intelligent developed two wide-body mining trucks: 95-ton and 110-ton models. The vehicles are equipped with reinforced chassis, high-strength frames, floor heating devices, snow driving modes, and radar-based intelligent perception systems, enabling all-weather operation in temperatures as low as 40 degrees Celsius. Compared to ordinary dump trucks, this product boasts a three-fold increase in load capacity and a 10% improvement in mining operation efficiency. Highly adaptable to harsh mining environments, it has gained recognition from local mining clients.
